Dionysia Katelouzou

Research Associate

Dionysia Katelouzou is a Lecturer in Law at King's College London, specialising in Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Law and Finance and Empirical Legal Studies. She was previously a Lecturer at the University of East Anglia.

She holds a Ph.D and an LL.M. (class I) from the University of Cambridge and an undergraduate degree in Law from the University of Athens (summa cum laude). Her research interests include all aspects of shareholder activism and corporate law, and in particular how the two interact across different regulatory regimes. Her work is distinctive in its empirical orientation in the study of corporate law and corporate governance. She is currently working on several specific topics on the area of international hedge fund activism, including the unfolding relationship between various legal variables and activist hedge fund campaigns.
